National Treasury: CA Trainee Programme 2025
National Treasury invites unemployed graduates to apply for Chartered Accountants (CA) Trainee Programme 2024 / 2025.

Chartered Accountants Academy (Ref No: CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS ACADEMY 2025)

Duration: 36 Months
Purpose:
The National Treasury’s Chartered Accountants Academy offers a three-year full-time training contract. It provides trainees with an opportunity to develop Professional Values, Attitudes, and Acumens (PVAA) proficiency, necessary for the Chartered Accountancy CA(SA) profession.
Salary:
R444,036 per annum (all-inclusive)
Requirements:
- Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) or an equivalent qualification that meets SAICA requirements to write the Initial Test of Competence (ITC) in January 2025.
- Candidates currently completing CTA or in their final year of an equivalent qualification may also apply.
Duties:
- Trainees will be placed in various units where the key learning areas will be clarified.
